Instead of mercilessly judging and criticizing yourself, a more helpful strategy is responding in a supportive and understanding way when you have a difficult time, fail, or notice something you don’t like about yourself. In this course you will obtain the tools and skills to change in ways which can increase health and happiness.

This workshop is for DePaul students who are looking to better understand their anxiety and develop some tools to cope with the symptoms they may experience. This workshop will provide participants with tools and strategies designed to assist with managing stress and anxiety and increasing resilience. There will be different topics covered designed to give students anxiety management skills. The workshop is based on an empirically supported program designed to decrease stress and increase life satisfaction.
