We will start the day with an individual early morning “mindful outdoor walk”, meet mid-day for class (yoga, mindfulness, and self-care), and finish the day with sunset journaling. You are invited to register here for the event. You will be emailed a Zoom link after your attendance has been confirmed (must use your DePaul email to join)!
- Early Morning “Mindful Outdoor Walk” – 30 minutes completed prior to 9:30 am
- Mid-Day Yoga, Mindfulness, Self-Care Class (Zoom) – 10 am– 12 pm CST
- Sunset/Evening Reflection and Journaling – Evening
Days available to join (each day, same itinerary). 15 participants per day maximum:
