Movement Sessions

Join Campus Recreation for movement sessions throughout Welcome Week!  Movement is essential to our well-being, and these sessions are designed to get you up and moving- even in the comfort of your own room.  Sessions will take place throughout Welcome Week, which is scheduled for August 26-September 11. The sessions will be streamed live to Campus Recreation and Res Ed's facebook pages.  Links to the videos on demand will be available following the events on this page.
