Movement is essential to our well-being, and these sessions are designed to get you up and moving- even in the comfort of your own room. Sessions will take place throughout Welcome Week, which is scheduled for August 26-September 11. The sessions will be streamed live to Campus Recreation and Res Ed's facebook pages.
