This requirement includes all undergraduate, graduate and professional students in all degree programs starting in the fall 2021 term, and all full- and part-time faculty and staff. For more information on the vaccine requirement, visit go.depaul.edu/covidvaccine.
Students must be in compliance with the university’s vaccine requirement to participate in in-person co-curricular experiences. Student organizations and departments are encouraged to track event and meeting attendance through DeHUB. Throughout the quarter, checked-in attendees will be cross-referenced with the university’s list of vaccinated and exempted students. Students who are not in compliance with the vaccine requirement and are determined to have attended on-campus in person curricular or co-curricular events will be referred to Dean of Students Office and may be subject to disciplinary action.
Campus guidelines require that all event attendees, vendors, and volunteers (those affiliated with DePaul and others) either be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have provide proof upon request at the event of a negative COVID-19 test dated no earlier than 72 hours prior to the event date. In addition, event attendees must wear a mask at all times while inside on DePaul University's campus.
For events with guests, an attestation form can be provided to comply with the vaccination/testing requirement. For assistance in creating this form, reach out to the Office of Student Involvement at involvement@depaul.edu.
Vendors and others who provide services to DePaul must be vaccinated for COVID-19 or meet other requirements. DePaul departments and areas are responsible for collecting the compliance forms. Learn more and download the forms on the Vendor & Volunteer Vaccine Compliance webpage.
