Plan an Event: Resources

Resources come in many different shapes sizes and forms. The Office of Student Involvement has a wide variety of different resources that your organization can utilize to make your event even more successful. The Office of Student Involvement is also here to teach student organizations about how to properly utilize these DePaul resources and other outside support systems. Our goal is to prove your organization with the tools for success. Listed below are some resource areas to think about when planning an event.

  1. Food

    **Any student organization event can be catered on campus. Student organizations have the option to bring in food when the cost is below $250 but must use Chartwells when it will be above that cost. Catering information can be found at https://depaul.catertrax.com/**

    1. Food is an easy way to attract college students to your event. DePaul University offers catering options through Chratwells at the Lincoln Park or Loop campuses https://depaul.catertrax.com/
  2. Drinks
    1. Providing soda or water at your event can add the perfect hydration touch your event. As a DePaul University student organization, you can request free Pepsi products for a special event or meeting. Student Organization are limited to 6 cases of Pepsi products per term.
      1. The Pepsi request form must be filled out at least 2 weeks prior to your event. The Pepsi request form can be found in DeHUB in your organization portal, under the forms tab. Pepsi Request Form
  3. Interactive games

    The office of student involvement has many different fun interactive games that are great for any type of event. These interactive games can be played in groups of 2-8 people. Your organization has the ability to rent out these resources by completing the form OSI resource form in DeHUB at least 2 weeks in advance from the date of your event. https://dehub.campusgroups.com/hub/resource-list/
