This 60-minute workshop will focus on how to overcome test-taking anxiety. Many college students find taking tests and completing class assignments stressful and anxiety-provoking. Such stress and anxiety can often be counterproductive and negatively impact students’ performance in school. Fortunately, there are ways that students can address their anxiety and put out their best work. The goal of this workshop is to help students learn ways to identify symptoms of anxiety, develop coping mechanisms and methods for stress management, and build effective test-taking strategies.

Students must log into Zoom using their BlueMail account in order to enter the workshop.
