Start the day with an individual early morning “mindful outdoor walk,”meet mid-day for class (yoga, mindfulness, and self-care), and finish the day with sunset journaling. You are invited to register here for the event; you'll receive an emailed Zoom link after your attendance has been confirmed (must use your DePaul email to join)!
Daily Itinerary:
- Early Morning “Mindful Outdoor Walk” – 30 minutes completed prior to 9:30 am
- Mid-Day Yoga, Mindfulness, Self-Care Class (Zoom) – 10 am– Noon CST
- Sunset/Evening Reflection and Journaling – Evening
Days available to join (each day, same itinerary). Open to first twentey (20) confirmed participants per day:
- Saturday, May 16; register by Thursday, May 14
- Saturday, May 23; register by Thursday, May 21
- Saturday, May 30; register by Thursday, May 28
FREE and open to all DePaul students, faculty, and staff.
