Rise Up!: Graduation Celebration for Asian, Pacific Islander, Desi American (APIDA) Students

You are cordially invited to participate in the 4th Annual Rise Up: Elevate Graduation Banquet for Asian, Pacific Islander, Desi American graduating students. This event recognizes the academic achievements of DePaul University’s Asian, Pacific Islander, Desi American undergraduate and graduate students, their families and allies. This includes students who graduated Fall 2019, Winter 2020 and who will graduate Spring 2020 and Summer 2020.

We understand that the news of virtual commencement ceremonies and celebration is difficult for students and families to process. Our hearts go out to first generation college students, immigrant students and those who resilience and strength has carried forth with them to achieve this great milestone. For many of us, our degrees extend beyond ourselves; it’s for our families and communities. We hear you. We see you.

The virtual graduation celebration will be taking place on Wednesday, June 3rd at 6PM via Zoom.
