North Dakota does not have a voter registration process, according to Vote.org. You just need to bring a valid proof of ID and residency to the polls on Nov. 3rd in order to vote. Absentee ballots for North Dakota must be requested and returned by Nov. 2nd. You can request an absentee ballot here: https://vip.sos.nd.gov/wheretovote.aspx
