Details

The purpose of this workshop is to provide Black-identified women with a safe space to engage in in-depth discussions about the stress experienced as a result of current societal issues/events. Participants will be introduced to culturally specific coping strategies, tools, and resources to assist with the reduction of stress-related symptoms.
