25Live Room Reservation Resources

About this Resource Page

Hello! Welcome to another resource page of the Officer Leadership Series (OLS). This resource page will continue with a more in depth look into how chapters can book academic classroom spaces on campus utilizing 25Live.

25Live is a web-based application that allows users to browse events in a calendar, view facility information, and submit and manage room reservations.

You can access 25Live through any standard browser or mobile device. You must be a DePaul University faculty/staff member or a representative of a recognized student organization for access to this reservation system.

25Live is used to reserve classroom spaces on the Lincoln Park campus of DePaul.

Please review all Academic Space Policies prior to creating any reservations on 25Live.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I find Academic Space Policies?

The Academic Space Policies are hyperlinked here. You can also find them by going to the Academic Affairs web page on the DePaul University website and click on the Lincoln Park Classroom Request.

If I don’t know all of the details and information about my event, can I still put in a reservation?

It is strongly encouraged that you have all your information inputted when making your reservation. If plans or details change, you do have the ability to make edits to your reservation. Please be mindful of changes in your reservation and that the closer to your event, the less opportunity there may be for you to make changes.

Can anyone in my chapter make space reservations on 25Live?

Yes, any DePaul student can use their Campus Connect credentials to sign into 25Live. Please ensure that whomever is making space reservations on 25Live has all the information they need before making the reservation.
