Managing Officer Roster Resources

About This Resource Page

Hello and welcome to our Officer Leadership Series (OLS) , a webinar educational series for our fraternity and sorority life leaders at DePaul University. This resource page will cover in more detail how you can manage your Chapter's Officer Roster on DeHUB, our University platform for student organizations.

An administrator of a DeHUB page is called an officer. Officers are responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of their groups' pages. This guide will introduce you to some of the major tools you will need to do this successfully.

As a Fraternity and Sorority Life organization, your specific chapter will serve as your “group” which is referenced in this guide. The officers that are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of your DeHUB group, or chapter, typically include your Executive board officers in your chapter.

Remember, as a Fraternity and Sorority student organization, you are expected to follow and abide by the FSL Policy and Resource Guide, the Student Organization Handbook, the Code of Student Responsibility, and University policies and procedures.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I have an officer step down from their position mid quarter?

You can go back to your Chapter’s DeHUB dashboard, select the officer;s page, and then for the officer that has stepped down from their position, you will click on the “Active Officer” button to the right side of their position. This will deselect their active officer status.

Does removing an officer remove them from the DeHUB page as a member?

No. Removing an officer and removing a member are two different processes.

How many officers do I need to have to be recognized as an organization at DePaul?

Organizations need to have an appointed President and Treasurer (must be students at DePaul). Organizations are required to have a roster of at least four members (that are students at DePaul). This can be found in the Student Organizations Handbook.
