SAF-B Funding Information

DePaul University uses SAF B as a source to provide income to support cultural, spiritual, recreational, artistic, and experiential learning outside of the classroom. SAF B works to provide students with opportunities to shape the DePaul experience and to promote leadership and service to the DePaul community.

CAF-B Funding Information

Organizations may submit an application to Cultural Allocation Funding Board to help offset financial expenses to enhance the student experience at DePaul. Only cultural and identity based organizations are eligible to request funds from Cultural Allocation Funding Board.

Catering Requests

For on campus catering requests, student organizations must register an account with Chartwells through to place a food order. Food must be ordered at least 3 business days in advance of the event. Note: If the organization has received SAF-B funding, please do not use personal funds to pay for the food ordered.

Promotional Table Requests

Requests must be made one week prior to the first requested promotional table date. This form must be completely filled out and submitted before you will be considered for a table. Please note: A promotional table form submission does not guarantee that your request (or all the dates and times requested) will be approved. An Office of Student Involvement staff member will review and approve your requests on a first come, first served basis.

EMS

EMS is a web-based application that allows users to browse events in a calendar, view facility information, and submit and manage room reservations. You can access EMS through any standard browser or mobile device. You must be a DePaul University faculty/staff member or a representative of a recognized student organization for access to this reservation system. Student Centers oversees reservations for Cortelyou Commons, LP Student Center, Munroe Hall classrooms, Quad and St. Vincent Circle.

25Live

25Live is the web-based application that allows users to browse events in a calendar, view facility information, and submit and manage room reservations. You can access 25Live through any standard browser or mobile device. You must be a DePaul University faculty/staff member or a representative of a recognized student organization for access to this reservation system. 25Live is used to reserve classroom spaces on the Lincoln Park campus of DePaul.

Reimbursement Process Form

Please fill out this Payment Processing Form if you need to request a reimbursement, pay a vendor through invoice or contract, or transfer funds to a DePaul department or student organization.

Travel Waiver Release Form

Student passengers and student drivers engaging in non-local travel for university business must sign a travel waiver approved by the Office of the General Counsel.

Pre-Travel Itinerary Form

This form must be submitted at least seven (7) days prior to the first date of travel for the event. The officer or individual who fills out the form will receive confirmation once the travel is approved.

Lincoln Park Campus OSI Resource Request

This form is used to check out resources on the Lincoln Park Campus to student organizations and DePaul departments by the Office of Student Involvement. All resource items are organized by section. Most resources are free to student organizations.

Loop Campus OSI Resource Request

This form is used to check out resources on the Loop Campus to student organizations and DePaul departments by the Office of Student Involvement. All resource items are organized by section. Most resources are free to student organizations.

Lincoln Park Student Center Room Layouts

This  space will be utilized to support FSL students when it comes to creating room layouts for programs and events in the Lincoln Park Student Center. Note, this only includes Lincoln Park and not Loop campus rooms. Chapters will need to send their specific room layout to Student Centers once a room has been reserved and confirmed.
