Managing Chapter Rosters

About This Resource Page

Hello and welcome to our Officer Leadership Series (OLS) , a webinar educational series for our fraternity and sorority life leaders at DePaul University. This resource page will cover in more detail DeHUB, our University platform for student organizations, and how you can edit and update your Chapter Membership Roster on your DeHUB page.

An administrator of a DeHUB page is called an officer. Officers are responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of their groups' pages. This guide will introduce you to some of the major tools you will need to do this successfully.

As a Fraternity and Sorority Life organization, your specific chapter will serve as your “group” which is referenced in this guide. The officers that are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of your DeHUB group, or chapter, typically include your Executive board officers in your chapter.

Frequently Asked Questions

When do my chapter rosters need to be updated?

FSL Chapter rosters should be updated regularly if possible. The requirement in the FSL Policy and Resource Guide is that rosters are updated prior to the Quarter ending (specific dates are provided) and that New Members/Neos are added to their chapter’s current member roster within three (3) days of initiation.

What happens if my chapter roster is not updated?

If your chapter roster is not updated, it makes pulling accurate information for end of quarter grade reports more difficult as well as pulling necessary student information should a concern with student safety arise.
