FSL Quarterly Report Resources

About This Resource Page

Hello! Welcome to another edition of the Officer Leadership Series! This series will continue with a more in depth explanation of our Fraternity and Sorority Life Quarterly Reports.

The FSL Quarterly Report is a report form that is completed at the conclusion of each quarter by a representative from each FSL chapter at DePaul. The FSL Quarterly Report allows the FSL staff to learn more about chapter operations, use data to advocate for the needs of the community, celebrate the accomplishments of each chapter, and receive feedback on ways to make the FSL community stronger.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the FSL Quarterly Report?

The FSL Quarterly Report is a report form that is completed at the conclusion of each quarter by a representative from each FSL chapter at DePaul. The FSL Quarterly Report allows the FSL staff to learn more about chapter operations, use data to advocate for the needs of the community, celebrate the accomplishments of each chapter, and receive feedback on ways to make the FSL community stronger.

When does the FSL Quarterly Report need to be completed?

The FSL Quarterly Report must be completed at the conclusion of each quarter by all FSL chapters at DePaul. The deadline for when these reports are due is outlined in the FSL Policy and Resource Guide (these dates are subject to change yearly based on the academic calendar of DePaul).

What happens if my chapter does not complete a FSL Quarterly Report?

Failure for chapters to submit their FSL Quarterly Report by the deadline provided, will result in the chapter not being able to receive their Chapter’s Grade Report until the completion of the FSL Quarterly Report. If there are circumstances that challenge a chapter in meeting the deadline, please communicate with your Council Advisor prior to the deadline.

How do I find the FSL Quarterly Report?

The FSL Quarterly Report can be found two ways. Through DeHUB: First, you will need to log into DeHUB using your DePaul username and password (this should be the same for campus connect login information). After logging in, click the “Groups” dropdown menu located on the navigation bar at the top of the DeHUB page and type in Fraternity and Sorority Life. Once you are on the dashboard page for Fraternity and Sorority Life, you will click on the “Surveys and Forms” tab in the middle of the page. You also can search for the “Surveys and Forms” on the left hand side of the page underneath the Group Section navigation panel. Once you have selected the Surveys and Forms tab and you are able to view the available surveys and forms, you can use the search bar across the top of the page to search for “quarterly report”. This will produce a result for the FSL Quarterly Report.

Through the FSL Policy and Resource Guide: To find the FSL Policy and Resource Guide, you can visit go.depaul.edu/fslhandbook. You can find a link to the FSL Quarterly Report on the FSL Policy and Resource Guide Expectations Checklist. In the Expectations checklist, a link is provided to the DeHUB form to complete the FSL Quarterly Report as well as the deadline for when the report needs to be submitted.
